Data Deletion Instructions
If you want to delete data associated with your Facebook or Instagram account from RabisAI, follow the steps below.
Option 1: Delete via the app
- Log in to app.rabis.ai
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Remove the app from Facebook
- Go to Facebook > Settings > Apps and Websites
- Find "RabisAI" and click "Remove"
- We will automatically delete all your Facebook data within 30 days.
Option 3: Contact us directly
Send an email to support@rabis.ai with your Facebook/Instagram account information. We will process your request within 7 business days. info@rabis.ai
Data that will be deleted includes:
- Messages and conversations from Facebook Messenger/Instagram DM.
- Comments and replies from Facebook/Instagram.
- Connected Facebook Page/Instagram account information.
- Access tokens and app permissions.
After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
