These terms govern the use of the RabisAI platform provided by Rabis Solutions. By registering or using the service, you agree to comply with the terms below.
2. Services
RabisAI provides an automated AI customer response platform across multiple messaging channels. Services include: channel connection, knowledge management, AI responses, analytics dashboard, and related features per subscription plan.
3. Account
- You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
- Each account represents one business or individual.
- Provide accurate information and update when changes occur.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload content that violates laws, copyright, or others' privacy.
- Deliberately damage, attack, or interfere with the system.
- Use AI to send misinformation, spam, or harassment.
5. Payment and Cancellation
- Service plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts.
- You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, VNPay, MoMo, ZaloPay.
- No refund for remaining time in the billing cycle upon cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property
Data and knowledge you upload belong to you. RabisAI does not use your data to train AI for other customers. The platform, brand, and technology of RabisAI belong to Rabis Solutions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AI may provide answers that are not entirely accurate despite the anti-hallucination system.
- RabisAI is not responsible for business decisions based on AI responses.
- Service is provided "as-is" with maximum effort to ensure quality.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
